Perdrix Culinary Ventures LLC is excited to announce its first partnership with Sushi Master Tatsuya Sekiguchi. Chef Sekiguchi will be the Executive Chef/Owner of Tatsu Dallas, an intimate sushi counter serving edomae style omakase located in Dallas' Deep Ellum neighborhood.
